Union Of Leaders Can Refer To Many People

When you hear the term ‘ Union of Leaders’, what is the uppermost thing that goes through your mind? A group of Union men and women waving placards or boycotting a workplace? Or men and women in suits portraying sheer power? Well, there really are both in the world.

A Union of Leaders in the first case refers to the heads of Governments who are all in the same place in the world at the same time for the same reason. These are the most powerful people in their homelands usually, not necessarily in the world at that particular time. And the reason for their gathering will be to discuss events that affect some country, not necessarily one that is present. For instance, a financial crisis in one of the other countries may be thought to impact on each and everyone else’s country, and the idea of the meeting may be to help this country out of its difficulty, usually for a price. It is also hopefully unlikely, but so often true, a reason to declare war on another country who perhaps has not been fair to its own citizens or violated some other country’s rules.

The term Union of Leaders can mean a gathering of ordinary men and women of different tribes and types, although not the same as the men and women in the first case. There is usually a Union leader in every workplace, and maybe ten or one hundred workplaces of the same type, possibly even owned by one person or company. Sometimes all of these leaders, maybe called delegates, will meet with the major boss to discuss a problem that all of the union heads have in their workplaces. If the problem is not resolved, then these particular leaders may decide to call a strike of their members until something constructive is done about the concern. It may be a piece of equipment that  does not function the way it should and can cause injury or  death, or  new flooring that is slippery even when not wet.

A Union of Leaders has been at the forefront of many wars of disagreement. The United States of America, for instance, had a civil war to free themselves of the English ruling, and, later, another war because they disagreed with some of its States using slaves.  Africa’s famous Zulu tribe also tried to remove white people from their homeland by force. The people usually concerned in this are usually lesser heads of power, but are equally powerful in their own right. This lesser-but-powerful party may also refer to the Opposition in most Governments in the Democratic world.

A last Union of Leaders (or as Danes refer to it fagforening for ledere)  may also refer to a gathering of kings and queens, sometimes from even the same country. Saudi Arabia has many kings, each with his kingdom, although they all exist in the same country. At one time, the United Kingdom had the same type of thing, with Kings and Queens from each part, Scotland, England and the others. Many bloody battles have been fought there in the past between various leaders who had no interest in unions. Interesting additional facts you can learn here.
